Fees are based on an hourly-rate plus reasonable expenses.  Caps may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Reports are completed on all cases.  Report writing is billed at the quoted hourly-rate.

A minimum one thousand dollar retainer is required before commencement of investigation.

While most of our clients are businesses or professional corporations, we occasionally accept cases directly from private individuals on a selective basis.  A full retainer is required, which will be billed against at the quoted rate (plus reasonable expenses.)

Any court or deposition time is payable in advance, on a flat daily-rate basis.

We do not perform collections-related work.  We typically do not perform subpoena or process service, except in conjunction with our own investigations.

We are knowledgeable of computer systems, software, and the internet.  We understand computer forensics, and have partnerships with qualified certified examiners. 

We are proficient with Access Database and Excel Spreadsheet programs, as well as other Microsoft Office products.  We occasionally provide consulting services in these areas.

We belong to several networks of professionals with many different types of legal, accounting, fraud, technology, and investigative expertise.
